If a wrong item is delivered, we will promptly replace it with the correct one. The returned item(s) must not be used and should be returned with the original packaging.
Certain brands are entitled to 1-year local (Singapore) warranty coverage. This means that if you experience any issues within 1 year of purchase, Frisky Business will provide a direct replacement free of charge.
For items with 180-day or longer period warranty coverage, Frisky Business covers exterior issues such as scratches, dents, and stains, as well as manufacturing defects within the first 7 days of purchase. Mechanical or electronic malfunctions are covered within 1 year of purchase.
Defects on non-mechanical products, including but not limited to male masturbators, onaholes, dongs and dildos, penile rings, and sleeves, must be reported to [email protected] via email with accompanying images within 48 hours of purchase. Our team will review the eligibility for a replacement. Defective items must be unused, as wear and tear will not qualify as proof of initial defects.
