If the item(s) you received fail to function as intended, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our team will provide instructions for a one-to-one replacement.
3. **Return Shipping Costs**: We wish to emphasize that, in most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 10% payment platform processing fee is non-refundable.
